Since we supply perishable goods to hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate kitchens, retailers, cloud kitchens, and wholesalers, our return and refund process is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient.

1. Nature of Products

Our products include fresh vegetables and fruits sourced directly from trusted farms.
Due to their highly perishable nature, returns and refunds are handled with strict timelines and conditions to maintain quality and safety standards.

2. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all items at the time of delivery.

Please check for:

  • Freshness

  • Quality

  • Correct quantity

  • Any visible damage

  • Correct items as per the order

Once items are accepted during delivery, they are considered delivered in good condition.

3. Return & Replacement Conditions

We accept returns or offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Items received are damaged at the time of delivery

  • Items are spoiled, rotten, or not fresh upon delivery

  • Incorrect items or quantities were delivered

  • Items do not match the order placed

4. Reporting Timeframe

All issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

6. Refund Terms

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Partially used or consumed products

  • Products damaged after handover

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery due to the perishable nature of the goods.

9. Delivery Issues

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer:

  • Additional re-delivery charges may apply
